By-Laws

 1.    Annual membership dues are $25 per year. Dues are payable from January to March meetings. Members not paying dues by the March meeting will be dropped from the roster. (Amended to be payable until 31st of March).

 2.    Meetings are on the second Thursday of each month, beginning at 7 pm.

 3.    Members cars are to be licensed, and insured, and meet all state laws, if drivable.

 4.    Roberts Rules Of Order will be followed at all meetings.

 5.    President and Vice President will serve 1 year and then go to the board of directors for 1 year. Board of Directors will be elected by the club members.

 6.    Club By-Laws can only be changed by a vote of a majority of the club members.

 7.    All By-Laws to be voted on will be read at a regular club meeting for 2 months in advance, and will be voted on at the 3 month's meeting.

 8.    All club members are encouraged to attend all club functions.

 9.    All club officers will be elected by the club at large. Nominations of club officers will be made in October, and elections made in November. New officers will take their office on the January meeting.

10.    Dues paying members also include their spouse. Who has all voting rights and privileges as the spouse.

11.    This club will not discriminate concerning race, creed, religious, or national origin.

12.    If this club disbands, or ceases to exist, all monies in the club treasury, will be given to a charity or charities at the direction of the remaining members.
